Terms of Service

Welcome to Fifty-Fifty. Fifty-Fifty is owned and operated by Fully Versed LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Alabama, United States ("Fifty-Fifty", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at fifty-fifty.pro and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms with Fully Versed LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.
  • The Service is currently offered to residents of the United States. Use from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and may be restricted.
  • You may only hold one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for termination and forfeiture of balance.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

2. How Earning Works (Splitz)

Splitzare Fifty-Fifty's loyalty points. When you engage with an ad, offer, or sponsored link, an advertiser pays us real money and we award you Splitz. Splitz are not money, are not a stored-value or cash account, and have no fixed cash value; they represent a right to request a cash redemption at the then-current floating rate (see Section 4). Specific modes work as follows:

  • Earn — You receive Splitz immediately after the engagement completes. A basic sponsored click awards a baseline amount; videos and offers that pay more award proportionally more Splitz.
  • Spin— One play of a weighted prize wheel, denominated in Splitz. Over time the wheel is expected-value neutral around one play's baseline; individual spins vary.
  • Games (Coin Flip, Plinko, Mines, and similar) — A single round of a provably-fair game played in Splitz. Each game is expected-value-neutral; outcomes use a published commit-reveal scheme you can independently verify.
  • Daily Split (Sweepstakes) — Each entry adds Splitz to a shared pool. Once per day one entry is drawn at random and that user receives the pool. Each engagement earns one entry.

We may run promotional game boost multipliers (earned via Earn and saved to your Balance) that temporarily increase Splitz payouts on games after you activate them; base odds remain provably fair. We reserve the right to adjust Splitz award amounts, prize structures, the redemption rate, and the wheel/pool mechanics at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes. Splitz may expire after a prolonged period of account inactivity where permitted by law.

3. Sweepstakes & Games Rules

The Daily Split, Spin, and all Games (collectively, the "Promotions") are promotional sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Key rules:

  • Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old.
  • Entry method: Complete a free sponsored engagement through the Service (open the partner page and stay for the required dwell time — about ten seconds) to receive one entry (Daily Split) or one play (Spin and Games) per engagement. No purchase or payment is required.
  • Daily Split drawing:One winner is selected at random from all entries each day at 00:00 UTC and receives 50% of that day's prize pool.
  • Spin & Games outcomes: Each play resolves to a prize using a server-authoritative, provably-fair commit-reveal process. Every game is expected-value-neutral on your 50% share; no outcome carries a hidden house edge, and you can verify any round on our public fairness page.
  • Prizes:Credited to the winner's account balance and withdrawable under the standard payout terms.
  • Odds: For the Daily Split, odds depend on the total number of entries. For Spin and Games, the probability of each outcome is published with the game and is independently verifiable.
  • Sponsor: Fifty-Fifty.
  • Void: Where prohibited by law.

4. Payouts

  • You may redeem Splitz for U.S. dollars at the current floating redemption rate, which is published in the app and varies with our trailing ad revenue. The rate is set so that players collectively redeem roughly half of real ad revenue; the rest is Fifty-Fifty's margin. The rate shown at the time you request a payout is the rate applied.
  • The minimum cash-out is $1.00 worth of Splitz at the current rate.
  • Payouts are processed via PayPal to the PayPal account you provide. Any payout processing fee is absorbed by Fifty-Fifty — it is never deducted from your redemption. You may be required to verify your identity and provide tax information (W-9 or equivalent) before receiving a payout, especially for accumulated annual redemptions of $600 or more.
  • Standard payout processing time is 1–7 business days after a request is approved.
  • You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.
  • We may decline or reverse payouts associated with fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

5. Splitz Balance

Your Splitz balance is a count of loyalty points, not a cash balance. Splitz are not a deposit, are not money or legal tender, are not held in trust, are not FDIC insured, do not earn interest, and have no value outside the Service except the right to request a cash redemption at the floating rate described in Section 4. Because the redemption rate floats, the U.S.-dollar value of a given number of Splitz can rise or fall before you cash out. We may set reasonable caps on the Splitz any single account can hold.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, or proxy services to interact with the Service or watch ads.
  • Manipulate ad views, click events, or any other interaction in an attempt to inflate earnings.
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Resell, transfer, or assign your account or balance to another person.
  • Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party agreement.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or our infrastructure.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any balance and pending payouts without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its logo, design, and content (excluding user-generated content and third-party ads), is owned by Fifty-Fifty and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Ads

The Service displays ads from third-party advertisers and ad networks. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third-party advertiser. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or that your continued use poses a fraud or compliance risk. Upon termination, accrued balance is eligible for payout subject to the standard verification requirements, unless terminated for cause (in which case balance may be forfeited).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any level of earnings or any specific prize outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifty-Fifty's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid out to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Fifty-Fifty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Fifty-Fifty harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
