Terms of Service

Welcome to Fifty-Fifty. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at fifty-fifty.pro and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.
  • The Service is currently offered to residents of the United States. Use from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and may be restricted.
  • You may only hold one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for termination and forfeiture of balance.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

2. How Earning Works

When you watch an ad, our advertiser pays us a fee. We split that fee 50/50: half is credited to your account balance, the other half is retained by Fifty-Fifty to operate the Service. Specific modes work as follows:

  • Earn — Your 50% is credited to your balance immediately after the ad completes.
  • Spin — Your half is converted into a single spin of a weighted prize wheel. Over time, the wheel pays out the same average share of ad revenue as Earn. Individual spins vary.
  • Daily Split (Sweepstakes) — Your half is added to a shared prize pool. Once per day, one entry is drawn at random and that user receives 50% of the pool. The other 50% of the pool is retained by Fifty-Fifty. Each ad you watch earns one entry.

Account balances are denominated in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prize structures, ad rates, and the wheel/pool mechanics at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Daily Split Sweepstakes Rules

The Daily Split is a promotional sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Key rules:

  • Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old.
  • Entry method: Watch a sponsored ad through the Service to receive one entry per ad. There is no purchase or payment required.
  • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):To enter without watching an ad, send a postcard with your name, email address associated with your account, and the date to: AMOE Request, Fifty-Fifty Sweepstakes, [physical address to be published]. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day. AMOE entries received by the daily cutoff (midnight UTC) will be entered into that day's drawing.
  • Drawing: One winner is selected at random from all entries each day at 00:00 UTC.
  • Prize:50% of that day's prize pool, credited to the winner's account balance and withdrawable under the standard payout terms.
  • Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
  • Sponsor: Fifty-Fifty.
  • Void: Where prohibited by law.

4. Payouts

  • The minimum cash-out is $5.00.
  • Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. You may be required to verify your identity and provide tax information (W-9 or equivalent) before receiving a payout, especially for accumulated annual earnings of $600 or more.
  • Standard payout processing time is 1–7 business days after a request is approved.
  • You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.
  • We may decline or reverse payouts associated with fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

5. Account Balance

Your account balance represents amounts owed to you by Fifty-Fifty in connection with completed activity. Your balance is not a deposit, is not held in trust, is not FDIC insured, and does not earn interest. We may set reasonable caps on the maximum balance any single account can hold.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, or proxy services to interact with the Service or watch ads.
  • Manipulate ad views, click events, or any other interaction in an attempt to inflate earnings.
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Resell, transfer, or assign your account or balance to another person.
  • Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party agreement.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or our infrastructure.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any balance and pending payouts without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its logo, design, and content (excluding user-generated content and third-party ads), is owned by Fifty-Fifty and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Ads

The Service displays ads from third-party advertisers and ad networks. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third-party advertiser. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or that your continued use poses a fraud or compliance risk. Upon termination, accrued balance is eligible for payout subject to the standard verification requirements, unless terminated for cause (in which case balance may be forfeited).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any level of earnings or any specific prize outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifty-Fifty's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid out to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Fifty-Fifty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Fifty-Fifty harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
